If you received the wrong size due to our mistake, we will provide either:
- a free exchange (we cover all shipping costs), or a full refund if you prefer not to exchange.

If the wrong size was ordered by mistake (customer error), you may request an exchange if the correct size is in stock. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Alternatively, we can offer a partial refund if you prefer to keep the item.
